Who We Are
Born in New York City and raised in Harlem, Chef Jamel brings a story of resilience, refinement, and purpose to every plate. With training in some of the city’s most respected kitchens, he is known for consecutively leading his team to Michelin Bib Gourmand recognition for three years and for a culinary style rooted in the Northeast, layered with global influence.
