In this session, you'll work through every detail that shapes your day: custom menu design rooted in your vision and guest profile, service style (buffet, plated, or hybrid), timeline and logistics planning, tastings direction, and personalized guidance from someone who has executed weddings at every scale across New York City and the Tri-State Area. This is not a sales call. It's the foundation your wedding catering is built on — so that when your day arrives, every course, every moment of service, and every guest experience reflects exactly what you imagined.
